Unprofessional barber confirmed a 2 o'clock appointment with me, but upon my arrival, I found out he was not at the shop. Another barber working nearb...y informed me that he was at Croaker's Spot. After waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to leave. The barber contacted me at 2:44 pm to apologize and offer to haircut, but it was too late by then. It is essential to respect everyone's time, and I value punctuality. I have other commitments, and booking appointments should guarantee timeliness. Show more

He was very nice with conversation BUT really need to refresh his barber skills. I was NOT satisfied at all! When I got home to look in the mirror as ...one wasn’t provided, oh no. My neck area was way up there and he cut off most of my hair in which that part can grow back. I will NOT be returning. Show more
