I was never able to get a hair cut. The directions aren’t clear on where to park nor which part of the building to go to because there are two doors t...hat say the same address. Not to mention I tried calling numerous times but the phone number that is provided on the site was not in service. It does tell you to text but you can’t text the number because it’s a land line but it’s still disconnected. No way to contact him if you’re running late or need to cancel. Then he doesn’t let you know when you be serviced despite having a confirmed appointment. After finally locating the barber shop location I waited for 20 minutes and then I left. This is not a good way to conduct business. Big R does seem like a very nice person but communication is very important and he clearly needs to work on that piece. Show more
