When I walked in the environment was nice and clean , it also had a very refreshing smell coming from diffuser. She offered me something to drink ( wa...ter,coffee, soda or wine) and snacks! This alone got a 5 ⭐️from me! Then as we went into the appointment, she was very knowledgeable about hair ……achieving and maintaining healthy hair overall from locs to lace wigs because we spoke about it all lol ! It’s was super nice too because she did everything from providing the hair and pulling up pics for options of styles. All I had to do was book my appointment. I really appreciated her positive energy, accommodating me from the beginning with consistent and very clear communication and warm inviting spirit!!! Tyree booked a full head of color for real natural hair! He never told me he had locs until l asked . This is a different service with a different cost. So the price did change and Tyree was informed in a text message days before the appointment in a conversation we had in text! Also, he turned down a retwist that he so desperately needed then expected me to do it for free at the end!

Finding a good loctican in Nap has been a struggle, especially with my fine hair texture.
