Went in for my cut only to find out, somebody was there before me. I was supposed to be the first cut of the day @10am. I didn’t get started until aft...er 10:20. It would’ve been fine if I had gotten a heads up or something, but I came in expecting to be the first one in the chair. Show more

Sorry that you felt that way. As a repeated customer to me , you should of told me in person. Another thing is you was my first appointment on my app, but you wasn’t my first appointment, I’ve been at work since 8am, and do to holiday rush, it’s very common to fall 5 to 20 min behind depending on the detail haircut the customer wants. Once again my apologies that I couldn’t get you in at 10am on the dot. Happy holidays.

Ed is awesome! I bring my elderly parents to him and he is always patient and gentle. I have taken them to salons but they prefer Ed. She said when he... does her hair he is so gentle that she doesn’t even feel the clippers on her scalp. He gives her the look she wants with very little direction. I recently brought my daughter to him. She has dreads and wanted a tapered fade. She showed him a picture and we were out in 15 minutes with the exact look that she wanted. He is fast and skilled. Do not hesitate to book him. You won’t be disappointed. Show more
