Horrible experience. She took my money but couldn't give me adequate service or communicate effectively. I ended up with pink and orange hair (It wa...s supposed to be burgundy) and a flat look of finger coils. I wanted a fluffy look, but it turned to be a flat look. The flat look doesn't look good on me. I texted her days in advance of the braid style along with the cut and the design on the cut. She failed to communicate that she couldn't braid or do the cut or the design cut I desired until I was at the appointment. I had to settle for whatever she could produce. She didn't call the barber until I was at the salon, so he had to squeeze me into his schedule. The barber failed to communicate how much time he would actually need to do the cut and design. Instead, he did not complete the cut and design. The cut was not done properly. The cut needed to be shaved more, and I requested both sides of the head to have a design. However, he only did one side. The design disappeared the next day. The stylist failed to communicate the conversation with the barber about the cut design, which would only be visible on dark, not bright hair, along with the price of the cut. At times, I felt the hairstylist and barber were rude. The hairstylist and barber produced horrible results. The stylist failed to communicate there was going to be an extra price besides the stylist price, and she failed to communicate how much the barber's price would be. The finger coils the stylist did came out the next day, I was stuck with orange and pink hair and left with an unfinished cut and no design. So I had to do my own hair. I will never go to 215 professionals again. They only wanted my money without giving quality work. I wasted $80 from the stylist and $70 with the barber. I wasted a hundred $150 dollars in total. Please don't go to 215 professionals. My review is factual, and I don't have any reason to lie. I'm the one who had to pay for the horrible service. Even though I got a discount from the hairstylist , it was not worth $80. It wasn't even worth $1. Ms. Lona knows she didn't do a good job, that's why she told me to wait until the barber finished with my hair to look at it. Meanwhile, she rushed out the door. 215 professionals give poor quality service and don't take pride in their work, especially Ms. Lona. If Ms. Lona is so experienced, why did she have to keep asking questions to other stylists about the services she was giving me. Also, I was her only customer for the day. After she finished my hair, she left out the building. If I could give zero stars, I would. Show more

Good Day Ms Angela, I am sorry that you feel that way and i am willing to accommodate you ! Both service that you received was both quality work barber and myself as a stylist that are highly experienced and trained professionals.....I will take responsibilities for not be able to perform the desired braided style but I communicate very well you and we both agreed on the styled you recieved....A discount alone for your service was given...you received a double process color that alone starts at $150 dollars and coils alone is 95 but was only charge 80 for service that you agreed you was satisfied with ...the barber was very patient and gave an option on what you wanted to pay for your cut and you agreed on $50 dollars and that does not include both side with design that would have made your cut $100 or more .. Here at the 215 Professionals we take pride on making our customers comfortable and satisfied...

Very informa...tive about hair and gave me some great tips for my dry scalp. Her shop is the real deal. It was that old school vibe when hair dressers used to actually converse with their clients, music was playing, tv was on, everyone in the shop was having a good time.
