I would not recommend this place at all. I drove from Philly, had an appointment at 11:30a, arrived on time but didn’t leave until 4:30ish. The owner ...overbooked and only had her daughter there to assist. That said, her daughter should not be assisting with her. She scratched my neck/scalp and caused burns when adding the relaxer (wish I brought my own) I understand the risk in getting a relaxer, so I made sure to vocalize when it was burning and if it was getting on my skin but they just didn’t care. The owner could also not execute the style I asked for as it required layers and little to no curls (just bumping the ends), which she confirmed she could do. Once I asked if she could thin the hair (to make it less choppy) and she began to cut length not thin, and I knew she was just playing with my hair. She also burned me with the straightener multiple times. Terrible experience, and had to just leave. Not worth it at all, and now I’m stuck fixing it. I went on Friday my birthday .My day started off good til I got to the shop.The owner had an attitude did act like she wanted to even say good morning... let alone let me in .I tried to make conversation told her the place was nice ,was she ok or was she tried because of the expression on her face she one word me and then said in a rude tone what you want I showed her the style and nothing was said I felt very uncomfortable.When she finished she gave me a mirror to see the front never showed the back and said you like it. I only gave her a tip because she did color cut and styled my hair but it wasn’t what i asked for.When I went to the car my aunt said why your face look like that .I said she was nasty and rude.They I get a email saying thank you for coming with a lady with a hair style is that suppose to be me and it has write a review and set up a appointment .The disrespect I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE UNTIL THE OWNER LEARN HOW TO CHANGE HER ATTITUDE WE THE PEOPLE MAKE YOUR BUSINESS IT CAN FALL SO TRY TO LEARN TO TREAT PEOPLE NICE .CPR COURTESY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECT IT’S NOT JARD HAVE A BLESSED DAY PS YOU NEVER KNOW WHO HAIR YOUR DOING AND WHO THEY KNOW STAY HUMBLE Show more
