I've been coming to Royal Touch Going on 3 1/2 years. The owner has always been respectable, perfessonal, but personable, making my teens very comfort...able and helping us with the process of male grooming. the owner is a bomb barber but as a proud single parent. I was stressed tryna maintain my kiddos. Because my routine varies, making my times random. So, of course, oneday i was in need, and he wasn't available. But he did refer us to Richie, the barber. Lmao, yes, i was in my feelings. Cause i dont trust anyone in me or my kiddo's head, but he assured me that they would be in good hands. it's been about 2 1/2 years now, and Mr. Richie has been keeping my Big Guys so cute, and i truly appreciate the owner @RoyalTouch and for setting us up with Mr.Richie the barber. Mr. Richardson (The barber) no-showed me. I stayed in front of the shop for about 10 minutes after arriving 20 minutes early. The other waiting custo...mer had a heavy accent and kept asking passers by if they knew where the barbers were and if the shop was closed. he tried to call the shop several times and we both could hear the phone ringing inside the shop. To no avail, the other customer got back in his car and left. I called the shop when I got home to see if I could reschedule or clear up any misunderstanding and the call went to VM. Then at 4:53 the barber called me and essentially claimed that he was there in the parking lot sitting in his car while me and another customer stood outside the shop waiting for over to 20 minutes. I must admit, I am a very understanding person but I do not like it when people waste my time and attempt to gaslight me. Mr. Richardson stood by his story that he was there in the parking lot, in his car. But I had to consider the facts. You sat in your car while two customers came to the door and stood out front for over 20 Minutes that had appointment? As a customer, was I supposed to know that you would be in your car and not in the shop? As I alluded to earlier, a very understanding person. I was willing to set this aside and reschedule. but the barber tried to imply that this was somehow my fault. after a few seconds of listening to him talk. I hung up the phone and called Andy's Barber Studio. asked if they take walk-ins, and pulled up there 3 minutes later. the young man that cut my hair was straight to the point, focused and did a great job. The haircut was $30.00 and I always tip $10. Since I do keep my haircut on a regular basis (twice a month) Andy's Barber Studio will now be my go-to barber shop. Show more

Sorry for the inconvenience. The barber shop is beside a gym, so sometimes people may litter in front of the shop. Every customer that uses the app has my number. There is no need to call the shop number. I was in my car waiting to cut Janny's hair. I don't see him turn up, so I decided to call him 10;00 minutes later, and he doesn't answer the call. Then I called him a gain, and he told me that he was they. It is not my fault. Everybody has a phone number. I am not here to waste peoples time, and I don't want you to waste mine.
