Ray looked at our grill and noticed that it was rusted out. He said he could clean it but it would require parts from grill company that went out of... business. His recommendation was to get a new grill and not spend lots of $$ on this grill. Ray had several very helpful pieces of advice where to buy the new grill including one location that would set up new grill and take away old one. Great guy! I wish every service person in Colorado was as honest and helpful!!! Show more

Ray promptly arrived. Left the grill in like new condition - it's 21 years old! Told me what was wrong and scheduled the next appointment prompt...ly since he had the part at home. Called later to ask to change the appointment to the next day so we wouldn't miss BBQing for the holiday weekend. Show more

Ray explained the pros an...d cons between the repair cost and replacing my aging BBQ. Ray did not push me on which direction I should choose. The choice was left up to me and I appreciated that. Ray also provided me info on BBQ manufactures and the websites I could peruse to better understand what was out there on the market. Show more

We’ve used Colorado BBQ Cleaning and Repair for years. We live well outside the Colorado Springs area but bring Ray in because of the quality of his w...ork. They are reliable and thorough-we have a TEC grill that was a big investment 20 years ago when we bought it and it gets a ton of use throughout the year. Ray always cleans it up to brand new! Also, we have only needed one repair over time and Ray was able to fix it same trip. Online scheduling is very convenient as well. I highly recommend!! Show more
