I love this salon and Elexis is amazing! However I have had multiple negative experiences with Tony and gave it one more chance today. I was hesitant ...to leave a review as the salon is great but I have left upset. Each time I’ve had Tony, he takes out the nail file and files his own nails while mine are drying in gel and then immediately uses the same file on my hands. He has also done this with the nail clipper. This has been many times. He is very aggressive and is the only nail tech I’ve had who repeatedly makes me feel dumb if my fingers aren’t in the “right placement”. He was aggressive in moving my fingers and repeatedly rolled his eyes and made me uncomfortable. By the time I left, I felt awful and upset.I have only had these experiences with him. Show more
