      Meeting with parents to discuss goals and approaches. It is recommended to meet with a parent without their child present, so we can freely discuss any struggles child may have. Consultation can be done in person or via phone.

      Session focused on working with a child, parent is welcome to bring a book, work/laptop etc. Recommended age 5 and up. Parental consent required for all children under the age 18.

      Session is about 30-45 min long, it is recommended for parent to be present the entire time.

I have always been interested in the mind-body connection. Two years ago I needed to learn how to swallow large chemotherapy drugs that could not be ...cut up, crushed or chewed. My life literally depended on the ability to swallow pills whole (about 2/3" long, 1/3" wide). Alena was amazing. The experience was different from what I expected (I thought it would be a dream-like, fuzzy experience, but I remember the whole thing clearly). Every day I swallow at least 5 pills/day. Once a week, the number is 15... no problem! Over the weekend, I went back to Alena to work on portion control (food). So excited to start living healthier! Show more
