Sorry you feel this way even though I honored an expired discount you can’t please everyone, I also called you before your scheduled appointment and let you know I would be 10 mins late then I explained on the way I was caught by a train you been calling me unprofessional since our first encounter when I informed you the special was over and even though I still honored it your not satisfied you also tried to tip me which I declined due to not having change good luck on your loc journey.

My son got his starter locs 3 days ago. The service is what you would expect. Took a little longer than we initially thought it would because he has s...o much hair. But, that was fine, I always pack my patience. What stood out for me was the knowledge. Not only did Sharnell do his hair, she walked us through the process and really made sure he was sure with every decision that was made regarding what she was doing with his hair and what to expect in the next year or so to make sure he was getting exactly what he wanted. But, of course he's not used to it yet and had some concerns today, I called with those concerns and got a call back within 10 minutes. There is a lot of information to process, and I know I ask a lot of questions, and she answered every single 1 of our concerns. He feels 100x better about his hair now and is ready to continue his loc journey. Retwist is already booked. Show more
