Dr. John Schoettmer conducted and completed my Third Class FAA medical on July 19, 2024. I could not be more pleased with Dr. Schoettmer's approach to... my medical. As a first-time pilot for him, I was greeted warmly with a wide smile and a firm handshake. He conducted the exam efficiently going from exam element (eyes, blood pressure, ears, physical exam, and so forth) to exam element fluidly, but without making me feel rushed or pressured. Further, he thoroughly reviewed my MedXpress questionnaire and asked a number of follow up questions to verify the data. In short, Dr. Schoettmer was professional and personal. I look forward to seeing him again in the future, and I would recommend him highly to fellow aviators. Show more
