I’ve been coming to Orem center for massage for the past 10 years and have never had an issue until this last time. It was actually astounding how unp...rofessional and strange the masseuse Vanessa was. She talked for the ENTIRE 90 min. I told her at the beginning I was looking for a relaxing therapeutic massage but it was anything but. She was actually good at the actual massage but it was very stressful having her talk so much. She kept asking super personal and weird questions the entire time. It would be quiet for maybe a few seconds and it was like she couldn’t handle it and would ask a question completely out of left field. I tried not answering or just short mm-hmms but she did not get the clue. At one point she hopped up on the bed and straddled my legs to massage my back!? I get how this could be good to get deep pressure (which I asked for) but ask for consent!!Honestly one of the more bizarre experiences of my life. Will definitely go back to center for massage but never to this personagain. Show more

My last massage here was probably one of the worst massages I have ever had! It was so bad in fact, that I ended up cutting it short and leaving early... (I still paid full price) my therapist was completely clueless on what it meant to add any amount of pressure, the massage was so light that it actually irritated my senses. I asked for specific work and that got ignored as well. They say you get what you pay for, but in this case, I paid way more than it was worth. Show more

I have been coming here for years and every person I’ve received a massage from has been great. Irlanda listened to my requests and worked on the area...s I asked her to and did a wonderful job. You do hear the cars out on the road but they do their best with the music and lighting to help drown that out and really with as good as they are here that’s really not a big deal. Show more
