The lady confirmed my appointment. I get there the day of, on time. Another lady receives me, she was very confused and was not aware of any appointme...nt. She calls the owner of the place which was my lash tech as well. I hear the lash tech over the phone telling the lady “well I can make it and that’s that. Tell her sorry” her demeanor was so inconsiderate and care free of the inconvenience of her client. I waited there a total of 45 minutes trying to get an answer on how to go about canceling my appointment without getting charged. Just so inconsiderate and unprofessional of this business. Show more

Michele was very nice. I had concerns with doing my eyelash extensions as I had reactions to the glue in the past and was unable to do them . It had b...een 4 yrs since I had them done. She listened and took her time. She explained to me she would use minimal product and try to apply them away from lash line as possible while still achieving a nice classic look. They came out nice . 24 hrs later and so far no allergic reaction yet. Show more
