Hello fatima Wow what a surprise, first before starting you showed me a photo and then you chose the color. I told you the color would be lighter on the highlights. you told me it's ok After you put the color on it, you told me it's too light. then I put a tone less. remember that you arrived with three different shades in your hair. and your hair was very damaged, dry and porous and broken. which I did a deep treatment to strengthen and hydrate it and I gave it to you. you left with better hair than it came. before paying me I asked you if you liked the color, and you said yes. I have videos of you saying it, I like it. If you had told me you didn't like it, I would have gladly fixed it without any problem. If you want to change your color, you can come back, but you never said you didn't like the work I did for you.
