Alana was amazing. She was so gentle and calming to my daughter who has a lot of hair sensory issues. She was thorough, available on short notice, a...nd very reasonable. She gave us a lot of tips and we certainly feel much better equipped to deal with lice should we have to treat it again! She is forever in my contacts and I would highly recommend her. Alana is AMAZING! She was so detailed oriented and thorough as she spent so much time going through my family's hair to rid us of the nightmare called... head lice. We walked out of our appointment lice free! She taught us so much and now we know how to prevent it. I went home less overwhelmed but completely educated on how to handle the cleaning process. It was very interesting to see the lice through the microscope and learn how they work. Thank you again!! HIGHLY recommend, worth every penny! Show more

We have been battling lice for years. I have tried everything. Prescription medicine, medicine from store, Mayo, heat, tea tree oil. You name it we ha...ve tried it. We would get rid of it and a few months later back in full force. Finally I had enough I found Alana♥️ Her knowledge and expertise has changed our lives! We talked for 3 hours, I learned so much from her. I will never use any other products except hers. If I ever have troubles again she is the one I will go back to for help. Show more

We have used Lice Ninja twice over the last 5 years. She is flexible and even came in at 9pm on a Saturday to help us. She’s gentle with my kid’s hair... and totally efficient. My child has very thick hair so it took about 1.5 hours the last time. Her flexibility, friendliness, and thoroughness make her worth anything she charges.
