Very disappointed. Went in after a long day of work. Came in on time. At check in was asked if I have cash because their machine wasnt working. I said... I can write a check. They said with cash will be cheaper. And I SHOULD go get cash. I said no, Im tired amd was about to leave, when miraculously the machine started working. At that point I didnt feel like staying there and left. Found another spa in 2 blocks. Ended up having a marvelous massage and was $5 cheaper. PS In reply to the rebuttal: this was not the 1st time it happened. Exactly the same scenario. Show more

Hi Elina, you misunderstood. We are still working with the bank and their technician to resolve the issues with the credit card reader. We are fine to accept a check. For the inconvenience that just happened, we were just trying to offer a different option for a lower amount $65 if you could pay with cash, but you just left didn't even wait for the communication to complete. We were very sorry about that. We also called you a couple of times to see if we could use Zelle to make the payment when you were leaving, or if you would like to reschedule your appointment for another time, but you didn’t answer your phone. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a feedback and let us know your concerns. We hope you would give us another chance to serve you in the future. Wish you very happy thanksgiving!!
