I chose Jy because I've seen his work prior to booking my appointment. However, I did not receive the same quality of work. I booked an appointment... for my daughter, it was her prom day. He was late, strike one, although his reasoning was legitimate. We go in for the appointment. I am trying to discuss the service with Jy, and his back is turned towards me during the conversation. No eye contact and vague when explaining the process. This is strike two. I wrote it off as he is young and does not know how to speak with a customer. I pick my daughter up at the end of her appointment. Her hair in the front was beautiful. Jy styled her blond lace front wig nicely. However, the back of the wig was awful. I had to sew-in some wig combs on both side of the wig in the back (strike three). The wig combs kept her wig in place. And stopped the wig from rising in the back, showing her natural black hair. Which allowed her to pull her hair back. Jy told her to be sure to keep her hair pulled to the front in her shoulders. It is too hot in Houston too keep hair on your neck. Needless to say, I was not a satisfied client. Jy is young and has great potential. I hope in the future he learns customer service. This means making eye contact and giving your full attention. Good evening I seen you're review now here's what I'll say. You stated that I was late which I actually wasn't I made it there and let her in within my grace period if I didn't she would've been discounted. Secondly there was no need to explain the process to you because you were asking about a braid down. My back was turned because I was cleaning and I was annoyed because my policy rules weren't followed but I wrote it of because it was here prom. I NEVER told her she had to wear the hair on her shoulders. that's how it was styled in the picture she showed me so that was a lie . And from reading your review it seems like you're issue would be with where you got the wig from if you didn't like how it fit but thank you choosing me anyway
