First off, Ben is an amazingly kind human and an awesome hair stylist! I have A LOT of hair and it is very thick. I'm used to going into hair appointm...ents with the stylist wide eyed and saying something like, "so much" or "too much." The first thing Ben said when he saw my hair was, "it's beautiful!" with the warmest smile. It was no easy task but he was excited and thankful to me even for having him do it for me which was so so kind and such a better experience than I've had in the past. After the initial appointment he did a toning session for my hair the following week, free of charge, so that we could achieve the exact color we were aiming for AND he offered me a free hair press on my next visit since we ran over our appointment time! He made me feel very welcomed and comfortable and I appreciate his hard work. I love my summery highlights, thank you Ben! Show more
