Have gone here before with good experience. Had a manicure (gel) and pedicure (polish) this visit. No issue with the pedicure. Gel manicure turned out... awful. I didn’t take photos right after. The polish was overflowing the nail to the cuticle, so the sides broke off and left a really rough edge and chipping in less than 24 hours. Bubbling in the polish, the light color really unforgiving of mistakes. Initially was just going to deal with it, but then it just looked worse and worse the more you actually look at it. I returned 2 days following after noticing that my previous gel polish color was showing through meaning they hadn’t even removed that. When I called, they said no problem, head over now and we will fix. On arrival I am told it is $20 additional to fix and to change polish. Previous polish bubbling and showed mistakes very easily. I’m busy (we all are) and can’t live with horrible nails for much longer, so decide whatever. Re do fine, nothing special. Tech talking about me with neighboring nail tech. Whatever, I at no point was rude or anything. It’s actually embarrassing and difficult to muster the courage to try to ask for a nail correction anywhere, but the initial nails were not acceptable. Perhaps don’t have techs work in the dark at the pedicure chairs bending over the arm rest to rush through a manicure and pedicure. Book for both or make the appointments longer. It’s also horrible for your techs to have them working with such horrible ergonomics, ie breaks WA state L&I ergonomic guidelines. Show more
