  This process requires a latch hook/ crochet hook to knot the hair to the root. Listed is the base price ($165). The increases with smaller locs, massive volume, or excessive new growth. If it's been more than 2 months since your last maintenance, you may be charged hourly ( $60 per hour) Emailing hair photos (zoom in on roots) will allow for more accurate pricing. It's best to inquire 1st with this service. A consultation is strongly suggested if you're a 1st timer.

  This service should be selected when you have a lot of loose hair around the front and/or perimeter of your locs. Loose hair is pulled back in with the instant crochet method for strengthening. Small portions of human hair may be added for additional security. The amount of locs that can be treated with this method veries depending on how many locs you have around your perimeter. I'm usually able to do about 10-15 of these in a session along with the the Dspin. This adds about an hour on to standard Dspin maintenance. If you have more than this that needs attention, you may need to book a 1hr repair session in addition or book full root crochet instead. (consultation strongly advised)
