First time with Mrs Alice and I absolutely enjoyed my experience. After blowout and flat iron my hair is shiney and looks very healthy. I appreciate t...he rapid response and accommodation in booking my apt and her attentiveness as I was the only customer she was working on when I am used to going to a hair dresser with one person under the dryer one in a shampoo bowl and another in their chair. My daughter is extremely happy with the result. So, much that hours later she is still sending pictures to her friends. Alice provided superb customer service and phenomenal service to us.
