I’ve always had a good experience until today. I made an appointment at 1:15 and walked in at 1:23. I called the store to tell them I was going to be ...a little late. Nobody answered. When I walked in the person I made the appointment with had already had someone else in his chair. And said it was going to be another 30 minutes before he could get to me because I was so late. He then put his head down and refused to make eye contact with me. Honestly I wouldn’t have been so upset if they would actually speak to me and find a resolution, instead of looking down and avoiding me. As a costumer who has recommended friends and family to see them, I felt this was really unprofessional and inappropriate. Also it’s funny how they can make your wait 15 min because they are running behind but if your 8 minutes late, you loose your spot. I would definitely recommend the other nail salones around the area. They have the same prices but have employees who honor appointment and speak to you like a person Show more
