I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent haircut experience. Initially, I was under the impression that the service included a fade and ...beard trim. However, it was only at the conclusion of the haircut that I was informed of an additional $20 charge for the beard and hot towel service. Had I been aware of this additional cost beforehand, particularly for what I perceived to be a substandard hot towel service, I would have reconsidered my decision to proceed with the haircut. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide not to return in the future. Show more
