I arrived at the plaza center at 2:42 my appointment wasn't til 3:05 ,but the location didnt have a business name,So i walk around the whole bulding ...and my location location kept saying the business was closed Show more

Hey, I’m William. I first want to apologize for any inconvenience you may have had. I have my number posted with my address so if there’s any confusion you could def give me a shout. There is currently a wait on the barbershop sign due to the area being damaged by the tornado but there is a barber poll hanging outside the shop. I also called you on 3 different occasions IOT get in touch with you about the no call, no show. I will be blocking you from booking with me in the future, until you complete the payment for the no call no show. As a client i expect It to be your priority to, at minimum, go and scope out scenery of a new shop when you’re a new client booking so there’s no confusion. Again my sincere apologies for inconvenience but I’ve NEVER had an issue in the past 8 YEARS of servicing over thousands throughout Arkansas. Thanks for considering me !
