I figured... anyone with nothing but 5-star reviews must know what they're doing. Boy does she ever. She was warm and welcoming and took the time to listen to what I needed and what I wanted. My family and I moved to Las Vegas in July of 2022, so I needed to find someone for pedicures and manicures. My husband found Annika doing a Google se...arch. I liked that she had her own space where I wouldn't need to worry about the distractions that come with a busy nail salon with multiple technicians and other customers. The Nail Room has a beautiful, modern aesthetic. It is organized and clean. Annika is very personable, has great communication skills, and is so easy to talk to. I am very sensitive to pain, and she always remains calm and is always patient with me. She is also very knowledgeable. I have always had issues with ingrown toenails with my "big toes." Instead of trying to deal with it herself (which is what was done in the past and created this problem in the first place!) she recognized and let me know it would be in my best interest to have them looked at by a podiatrist. Annika made a great impression on me, and I have been very happy with her and her service that I continue to see her regularly to this day. Show more
