Wow, our first less-than-5-star review! We’re sorry to hear about your experience, especially since we aim to make every visit great. It’s worth noting you’ve only been to the shop twice this year—once in May and again today—so we’d love the chance to show you what we’re really about. We’re also a bit surprised by your comments, as you seemed kind, patient, and happy while waiting—especially with more than 12 inches of hair to cut off for the style you wanted. Plus, you seemed to enjoy the video games our shop provided during the wait! That said, we take your feedback seriously and will work on improving.
