Literally got in once and the twists came out AMAZING. Tried to rebook and my appointment was confirmed, the braider texted me (20 mins before my appt...) that she needed to move it an hour later. I agreed, she tells me she’s on her way to buy hair, then ghosts me literally all day from the appt time at 1:30 to 6 that day while both me and the salon owner tried to contact her, and texts me that something came up and that I could reschedule with a discount. She didn’t really give much reasoning or tell me how much anything would be and I asked about the price a few days later, and then she just literally ghosted me period and I haven’t heard from her since. My mom had contacted the salon owner as we’ve been getting our hair done by her for years to ask about a solution, and was told this stylist would be calling but she neverrrr did… I guess that’s that 😋 long story short: got stood up TWICE by this braider, and nothing was done to make it up (this was supposed to be weeks ago,) real disappointing. She’s young so not leaving a one star review, but it was a one star experience tbh Show more

I hate.. I repeat HATE, my hair. I get my hair done regularly but this was 1 of the few times i’ve trusted a new stylist with my hair. I followed all ...instructions listed and even gave my hair 6 days in advance for the stylist to prepare. Nothing was prepared, she didn’t look at the hair that I gave to her until the moment that it was time to put it in. Then charged an extra fee for her to style it. Crazy! On top of that the stylist did not read the instruction of my message and how i wanted my style and completely ruined my closure install. It took 5 hours to do my hair when i was supposed to be done at 10pm, i left at 1am. Crazy!!!! Now I have tracks coming up from what was supposed to be a sew-in. In total i spent $240 on a hairstyle that I hate. So, yeah I would not recommend. Now she marking me as a no show. Can I get my money back since i so-called didn’t show..? Smh these kids these days Show more
