I had a great experience with Monika! She is knowledgeable about the body and excellent with JBMFR. She did wonderful work helping me to release a lot... from my psoas, and gave me a ball to continue to help myself release at home. I wish I were staying in the area longer, I would have loved to continue working with her to bring my body back to health! Show more

Having struggled with musculoskeletal pain for many years, I consider myself an informed consumer when it comes to bodywork. Monika is exceptional. My... experience has been that she understands both the physical and psychological aspects of unlocking chronic pain and chronic tension patterns. I don’t think there is any modality that can resolve ongoing pain in a single session; but I trust Monika’s approach is taking me in the direction of a more pain-free life than I have had in a long time. I’ve tried medication and physical thera...py with little or short term relief but Monika knows exactly what do to give improved and longer lasting pain relief.
