I’d give a zero stars for a bad experience. The barber from the start was very rude and hostile when simply asking to trim hair on the back, and accos...ted me for not giving more detail or guard length. He mocked me for my age and not knowing the haircut number. He seemed to be angry. I didn’t feel comfortable one bit during the haircut, as he buzzed and cut without much care it seemed. I don’t plan on returning again due to this negative service. Show more

I personally love this place it's my second time coming here and I'm glad Yuzi help me get rid of my mix color carrot color hair I really didn't like ...my hair before. Today I got my hair dye mocha brown treated, cut and styled my hair feels amazing it feels soft it smells good and nostalgic I'm glad I came here and I'm looking forward to coming back . Yuzi Xiao gave me a beautiful layered cut with long bongs to shape my face and she did a wonderful job!
Quality: 2 Atmosphere and service: 2 Stylist: Hector Asked for long layers with curtain bangs and walked out with dramatic short layers which do not ...work with my partial balayage, as the top layer is now lighter than the rest of my hair. I was also left with one side of my bangs about an inch longer than the other. Got stood up after showing up for my appointment and should have taken that as my queue to find someone else. I understand that third-party scheduling systems don't always work well, but they shouldn't be used if they're not being checked regularly. The salon told me to keep waiting, with no luck after an hour. When I came in for the reschedule, the first thing my stylist did was try to detangle my waist-length hair with a fine-tooth comb from root to end. Should have taken that as the next red flag to get out. The rest of the appointment was spent listening to him complain about other clients and watching bits of hair fall into my lap that were far longer than expected. I really wanted to like this salon but unfortunately find it important to warn others before they experience something similar. Show more

I got a haircut by Yuzi. She was so sweet and made the whole experience great. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. I always... get so scared to get my haircut with people who don’t work with curly/wavy hair because they cut too much but she did not do that. She made my hair look full while preserving the length. I have been here twice and been happy both times, both with the service and the prices. Note: they mainly accept Venmo, so make sure you have access t...o that. The first time was with Hector, who was very friendly and gave me a great haircut. The second time was with Yuzi, who did a color correction for me after getting highlights that weren't great from a different salon. Yuzi was very gentle and detail-oriented and was willing to put in the time to make sure my hair would remain healthy after so much dye. I will definitely come back here in the future! Show more
