Kathy took the time out to listen to my questions, provide answers and guidance as I perused the store to look at a variety of bridal gowns. I had the ability to try on a variety of dresses. We laughed, shared funny stories and had an emotional moment. I felt like more than just a client..Kathy was indeed my fairy godmother. If you're looking for a bridal gown, dresses for your bridal party or just a semi formal dress in general..Bridal Sense is your place! I highly recommend them without reservation. Bridal Sense was second on my list of 3 shops for the day. After a not-so-great experience at Shop #1, I was not excited about continuing the day; how...ever, Autumn really turned my day around. She was so nice and helped me get into each dress. She gave me suggestions based on my reactions to the dresses I already chose, and my Bride Tribe absolutely loved her. We got our appointment in on a good time on a Saturday afternoon. I could see why appointments were needed for this place because there's limited dres...s space and the previous parties were going over their time, but we had the chance to check out their dresses in the meantime. On that end the selection was great, a lot of dresses were available to purchase online and their sections for 800 and under and 400 and under were well stocked and really nice even compared to the designer stuff. The staff was helpful and assisted the bride in finding the right style and giving insights on the dress, and we found one well within our budget that is absolutely beautiful. Bridal Sense made the whole dress buying part of our plans easy and affordable. Show more
