Absolutely love this place! I've been helped by both Eva and Krystal and I have nothing bad to say about either one! I love getting my dip powder nail...s done by them because they have the best techniques and they're always able to get the patterns/designs I'm imagining just right! They're fast and efficient too. Once an appointment is made, they stick to the time slot as close as possible. No delays! Note: they prefer all tips in cash, easier to distribute for the techs! Pro tip: if you have an instagram, it's easier to book appointments by sending them a DM. They're incredibly busy (and usually fully booked with not much room for walk-ins), so messaging them in advance is always best! Once you're established with a nail tech, you can also book your next appointment at the end of each appointment to ensure availability. Show more

Tried soaking my own sns off after a terrible manicure, and absolutely destroyed my nails, cuticles etc. My first stop off the plane was this nail spa... and I'm so glad I did. I would like to start by saying, I don't think I've gotten my nails done since 2017 - so this is not a regular event for me! I live in the Lake Nona ...area and haven't been to a nail salon since moving out here, so I wasn't sure where to go. A friend of mine posted a picture on her story and tagged Polished Nail Bar so I figured that's as good a recommendation as any! I checked out Yelp first (obvi) and read a ton of mixed reviews, then checked their Instagram. I felt comfortable enough to go ahead and book with a girl by the name of Chloe, after seeing her work and many mentions of her on here! I saw there was a menu shared on here so I called to book one of the options listed, which was acrylic / full set. The woman on the phone told me they do NOT do acrylic, they do dipping powder. No problem - but big FYI, this menu has to be outdated for sure. I booked with Chloe in advance for Sunday at 3:30. I arrived for my appointment - first impressions, super cute! I love the chandelier and the cute quotes - one of my favorites by Coco Chanel hanging loud and proud on the left and Hello Gorgeous on the right. You wash your hands and sit down for your appointment and tell them what you want. I looked everywhere ; I probably looked stupid like I was about to break my neck looking all over the walls for said menu here. It does not exist!!‍ I asked about it - they just started listing prices, but I quite literally never physically saw a menu anywhere, at all. Not even anywhere near anyone else coming in. I thought that was kind of odd!! I just asked a lot of questions. I ended up bringing in a picture of nail inspo I wanted to replicate - Chloe was SO HELPFUL AND SO PATIENT!! And honest!! I picked something that in hindsight would've been way off initially, and she told me right away that does not match the picture that's a little too bright.. and gave suggestions which was so helpful. She's so sweet and she did really good work - with super attention to detail! I got dipping powder, some on my real nails, some with added tips because I didn't want anything crazy for length - and I got 5 colors. Just dipping powder on your natural nails is $40. Adding tips / extensions is an additional $5. I used 5 colors, so that was an additional $5, making the total for my nails $50. That's what I expected so I was happy with it ! I feel like these days, that's just about what it's going to run you minimum, if you're getting what you want. A huge thank you to Chloe for the time and effort, patience and care you had with me because I had a vision and you made it a reality! I will be returning! Show more
