I book an appointment for 12-1pm needless to say I didn’t get service until 1:15. My hair was subpar which she unusual does a great job but not this t...ime and my hair lasted but 1 hour before it frizzed up. Looking for another shop. I still tipped though. I see they replied. Not only do they do subpar work because they have no reviews since June but they are liars. I got a shampoo at 12:30 not 12:02 because you already had someone in your chair remember. The girl with the red and burgundy hair. And clearly you can’t read because I said I got in your chair at 1 pm. My hair didn’t get blown out until 1 pm. Reading is fundamental Show more

This lady appointed was at 12 noon we took her at 12:02 to the shampoor bowl she got out of the shop at 1:30 and she used her own product which are not the best , when we use our line of productst it is a huge difference, you more than welcome to look for another shop, we not going to force you to come back if you not happy , ps : wash , set and style in 1/2 hour ?? please girl!!! Lady we have proof of your check paid at 1:30 pm also we have you recorded on camera when we took you to the Back at 12:02 thanks
