Susy is very disorganized when it comes to keeping appointment times & putting her personal issues before her Clients. She ask & reschedules your appo...intments consistently. She rescheduled my mother the day of with an excuse as usual. After trying to reschedule on her birthday a few months prior. That was the 3rd time. She’s very rough with your cuticles. We both left with bleeding cuticles the first time. My cousin came to her & left with bleed cuticles as well. When my cousin told her she was being cut she responded with “you’ll live”. It’s just always something. The nails are cute but not worth the troubles. After telling her how disappointed we were I was left on read with no response. Definitely lost 3 loyal Clients. Show more

Very disappointed in CNails by Susy on Waters Ave. Beautiful nail sets, very subpar customer service. I arrived at my set appointment time today at 11...:25, the appointment was for 11:30. I called a few minutes prior to ensure I was in the correct place and Susy informed me she was behind about an hour and asked if I’d be willing to wait. I said it was okay (not smart of me) and went and ran errands. I called at 12:15 to confirm she would be able to take me at 12:30, she again said she was behind and asked for another 30 minutes. I was frustrated but truly loved her work so I was willing to wait rather than leave with a set I disliked. I call at 12:35 again to confirm that she would be able to take me, frustrated she said she was still working and I asked to reschedule to a later time this same day or another day. She told me she did not want to mess up the amount of clients she had for the day and that because I had booked multiple sets, it would leave too big of a gap in her schedule. No consideration for the 1hr + that I had been waiting for her to be ready. I said I’d rather reschedule and she told me she’d have to charge me a rescheduling fee of 50%! I was so insulted by the greed I informed her I’d dispute any charges and hung up. SO disappointed! Show more

You are right, and I apologize that you have to wait that long, you should have not wait for that long, and you were very kind and understanding when I told you about the wait, thank you, I am still working on my time for every service and I can understand your frustration that's why I did not charge a 50% of the services.
