This is my 2nd time going to Teekay. Or supposed to be going, should I say. Thought I had my found my new barber, but I guess not. Did great on the 1s...t cut, then I booked my 2nd appt for 2 weeks ahead, literally as soon as I got to the car from the 1st one. Paid my deposit, then 2 weeks later he tells me he going outta town days before my appt. I ask him to cancel the appt, and just refund me my $18 deposit and I’ll book for the end of the month when he comes back. He lies and says he cancelled it and refunded me. He then goes and mark the appt as finished, (I use booksy for women’s hair, so I know how it works…). Kept my money, which wasn’t a lot, but the matter is, I’m not going around throwing $18 away to barbers left and right just to get nothing, so idk why he would think that’s ok. Back to the drawing board with finding another barber, he has great cuts, but professionalism and not refunding when you don’t provide the cut is an issue. Show more

Very unprofessional!! He text to change my first appointment time to the next day and when the next day came around, he forgot that he even had the ap...pointment with me and tried to change it to another day! I am in town for three months from Jacksonville, Florida, and was looking for a reliable barber to cut me and my coworkers hair while we are here training for work, not only will I not be making another appointment with him but I do not recommend his services for anyone else as well. The lies!! He never offered any type of discount!! Show more
