I really like the shop and my barber. I was just a little disappointed with this experience. I was taken 20 minutes late, and my haircut and my beard ...trim (which is really expensive for what you get) were both a little sloppy. I probably should have asked for the skin fade to be tighter in the chair. That's on me. But I couldn't see how many long strands of hair were left on the top of my head (I got a 1 buzz) and in my beard. Very expensive for just a so-so cut. I've already retrimmed the beard myself so I essentially threw away that 30 bucks. Show more

Previous barber who I gave a 2 star review started a confrontation with me. This was not professional at all. My son was in chair getting his hair cut... by Owner Rob and Barber Adrian was like, "That's the kid who said I cooked his hair." He then started rambling on about how I wrote review a month after experience. I am not going to let a grown man disrespect me in front of my son so I asserted that Yes, I did write the review. He kept mean mugging me, so I stared back because I wasn't going to be intimidated by him. Rob didn't deescalate the situation so I stood up and told my son to get out of the chair. But Rob was courteous and wanted to finish his hair. Look, the cut was on point this time, but that experience was outlandish for a gentleman's barbershop. I honestly think if my son was not there, me and Adrian would have fought. It's unprofessional and retaliatory to confront a client over a negative review. I've been to this shop 4 or 5 times. I drive 2 hours to go here one way but that experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Rob didn't charge for the cut and did a good job on my 12 year old's hair, but that behavior by his barber was out of line. Rob did apologize, we had a conversation after, but Adrian's behavior was extreme. If I did that to a customer at my job, I'd be fired. On another note, it doesn't matter if I left a review later. The fact is Adrian messed up my son's hair in July 2024. How disappointed must a customer be to write a delayed review? He doesn't understand I drove 4 hours (round trip) and paid $40 for a cut and left a generous tip. So yeah, I'm upset when my son said "I'm cooked" and put on a hat after all that time and money. Dino Pettacio never messed my son's hair up. Rob cut him twice and did good. I also got my beard trimmed by dude at the end. No complaints. Don't get mad Adrien, get better. Before confronting customers for posting Booksy reviews, turn around...look in the mirror. P.s. Adrien confronted me and mean mugged me while cutting a client's hair. Again, unprofessional and uncalled for. Show more
