This client booked for a loc re-twist past 7 weeks and a loc cut. Prior to that we had a conversation and she expressed that she has been unsatisfied with the locticians she's encountered prior to coming to me. I explained then , if your uncomfortable YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COME TO ME. But this client booked anyway. You only received a re-twist and I cut 4 inches of dead hair off of your Locs which your boyfriend even said your hair looked good. I think your really mad because you showed up to your 1:15 pm appointment at 11:30 am in the morning, due to me having a client and you being extremely early I had you wait. Due to you and your boyfriend not having a vehicle you had to wait outside. People pay deposits so that they can have their time in the chair with me alone, which is why I AM BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Out of respect I did the same for you. Seems like you're unsatisfied wherever you go. Please do not book me again, since you are so unsatisfied.

This customer is a 50 something year old man! Who booked for a re-twist. Which is an hour of my time. As well this customer may not be able to read because When you book for me it distinctly says " FIRST TIME CLIENTS BOOK A CONSULTATION ".. and this customer DID NOT! . This customer showed up with two giant bald spots and 5 Locs total. wanted me to attach locs where hair did not exist. Even though HE DID NOT BOOK FOR THIS SERVICE! I explained to this customer 5xs why I refused his service, (as well I have the video) and that I can't squeeze 3 different services into one hour. As well I have other appointments after him. I can't attach hair on skin. I offered to make him a hair piece but he refused the service " claiming he doesn't wear weave, meanwhile wanted me to add hair on baldness... this customers bill was $60 total for what he booked , I DID NOT CHARGE HIM FOR THE SERVICE. This customer is mad because he paid $21 for a deposit , that he WILL NOT GET BACK for wasting my time. Instead of booking appointments for hair you do not have, and lying in reviews you should seek help, I'm a Hair stylist not a doctor I can't put hair where there isn't any!
