The owner/aesthetician has an aggressive manner in communicating. Her guasha treatment was great. But unfortunately the beginning of the session stres...sed me out. She asked why it had been so long between my first session and this second session. This caught me off guard. I honestly answered that my regular aesthetician was booked and that also she is a bit more expensive (which is why I had delayed booking in advance with my other aesthetician). She responded with "Well i guess i should raise my prices". The whole interaction through me off. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Show more

However - I am happy to hear that the treatment was great for you; if you’ll read my other reviews you’ll see that I take great pride in providing exceptional experiences for anyone who walks through my door. 🙏🏽 Regarding our interaction- I’ll just say, upon greeting you & asking you how you’d been? (I’ve only seen you once before, over a year ago), you were quick to tell me that your regular esthetician ‘is expensive and hard to get into, but I saw you had an opening, so I booked with you.’ I did make a joke that I should raise my prices! 🤣,since it was a momentary blow to my ego that I’m not your first choice for a place to spend the subsequent hour. Unprofessional of me? Perhaps. 🫣 But I’ll admit I’m human. I did apologize via text for our ‘vibe’ being off (you did not reply), but from my point of view, that’s all that happened. I truly am sorry to hear you won’t be back - but I’m glad to know your regular esthetician is waiting for you.
