I'll start by saying that the end product is pretty, the journey to get there wasn't the most pleasant. I got gel X extensions. Granted, this was my f...irst time getting this service, it was not my first time getting my nails done professionally. The service did not include any cuticle prep and the only nail prep was a slight filing. When the nails were applied, a couple were crooked and needed to be soaked off. At first, when I brought it up, I was gaslit about them being able to be corrected during filing. However, once that step was reached, he ultimately decided to remove and redo those nails. Again, the nails are pretty but they were also expensive with a sub par customer experience. Show more
