All the providers at Madison Lymphatics and Bodywork do an excellent job. They have made me very comfortable, having never had a massage of any type p...reviously. I was skeptical at first as to the effect that massage would have on my lymphatic issues; however, the results were and continue to be substantial. Sarah is wonderful! I have had plenty of massage, and can say with great confidence that Sarah provides a top-notch experience. I was impressed not ...only by her skill, strength, and demeanor but also by the sense that she was present. By that, I mean she was clearly paying attention to body feedback. Not for a moment of our 90-minute session did I feel she was thinking about anything other than doing a great job. WHICH SHE DID! I can hardly wait for my next massage. Without a doubt Sarah provides one of the best massages I've ever had. Her unique out-of-the-country education seems to transport the experience. She ...utilizes hands on techniques that I've never felt...and I've been to Thailand. There is one in particular that feels amazing where one hand is on your neck and the other is on your heel and the stretch will blow your mind!! I'm just going to label it "The Sarah Stretch." She clearly understands where to focus and has a natural ability to understand appropriate pressure. Each massage brings new techniques which is a rare find. Her playlist will surprise you too. I had a massage with Carmela today after recently having a breast reduction. Carmela was amazing, in every way. She spent a lot of time with me before... the massage, understanding my health history, listening to what I wanted/needed, and explaining the whole process. She showed me some things I could do myself and is sending me videos of more techniques I can use at home. The massage itself was awesome - I could feel the benefits as she was doing it, and I could feel and see the benefits afterwards. There is no doubt that this will help my healing, scars and otherwise.
