Rachelle is amazing and I'm so glad I found her. I was in agonizing pain from severe muscle tension in my right shoulder (rotator cuff) that I'd been ...trying to deal with on my own for over a week and she provided much needed relief after just one 30-minute session. I've had a couple of 60-minute follow-up sessions since to finish and maintain that area and also address my other back tension issues and I truly feel better than I have in years. Her deep tissue massage methods are gentle and extremely effective and she ensures she does not go beyond your individual comfort level. I used to get deep tissue massages many, many years ago for back tension and sciatica issues and I'm blown away by how little discomfort I've felt (almost none at all) as she works through my current issues; I didn't know resolving chronic or severe issues could be done so painlessly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Rachelle is incredibly professional and is magic at finding the source of the problem and working on it th...at works with the body, not against it. I’ve never had any pain with her therapy and today, she saved my life. I had a diabetic emergency on the table and she knew exactly what to do to fix it. Including offering me glucose tabs that she keeps on hand for her diabetic clients. With all pun intended, you couldn’t ask to be in better hands.
