Mai did an amazing job on my lashes! She is warm and friendly, and her lash space is clean and comfortable. I really appreciate that she listened to w...hat I wanted for my lashes and totally delivered! I also love that she uses waterproof glue, so your lashes are ready to go right away. I was visiting SF and made an appointment to get a full set of lashes with Mai. She did the most amazing job with my lashes. They look better than any... other time I have done them at home, and I used to do them all the time. She made them exactly like I wanted and she made them more full than I have ever seen them. Not only was the result great but she was so gentle throughout the whole process. I never felt any discomfort at all. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep for most of it. Show more

Recently I was getting sad due to covid. Wearing a mask at work all day was bumming me out. When EPL reopened I could not imagine the confidence of su...ch a small thing making a huge impact. I relied on my smile to greet people. Now I smile with my eyes. I even got my brows done which really made my eyes pop even more. Everything was clean, sanitized and safe. Three weeks out now on my first set. I was initially a little scared of the process but it turned out to be pretty low stress. I also wasn't sure I ...loved the extensions until about the next day when I woke up looking like a coffee commercial and didn't have to mess with mascara. The wear has been pretty great - even three weeks in I've only lost a few extensions here and there. Show more

I've had a few ups and downs with eyelash extensions. My eyes tend to be a little more sensitive than most. Mai does great work. I let her know my pre...vious experiences and what I was looking for. The process was effortless, once I was able to open my eyes and look in the mirror I was filled with excitement :) They look and feel great :) Easy to brush through and clean.
