It's hard to explain what happens in these sessions because they can be so profound and transformational! This is my second time and each session can ...be so different! It's challenging, it can be uncomfortable, but it is SO worth it!!! I was desperate not knowing what to do to have more energy, I was feeling extreme fatigue over 4 months and starting to get depressed and I came out of ONE session completely revitalized!
