I appreciate your feedback. My goal is always to ensure each client is happy with their cut before leaving my chair, which is why I asked you - “let me know if there’s anything you want me to go over” towards the end of your appointment to provide an opportunity to address any concerns. During your visit, you mentioned that everything looked good, so I took off the cape and concluded your appointment but I’ll keep your comments in mind moving forward.
