She’s ...AMAZING at what she does, professional and friendly! The shop can be a little crowded depending on day of the week/time but everyone is pleasant and I enjoy the shop talk. Show more

Hey Ernie! I was wondering what exactly happened. You booked your appointment through Booksy, but I never received any notification from Booksy. I had no idea that the appointment was even booked. Sometimes the app is glitchy and the appointments don't show up. I showed up to work about five minutes late on the day of the appointment and was informed you showed up. The folks at the front counter said you had stepped out and would return shortly. You never did return. Now I have a one star review for an appointment I never knew I had, for a tattoo I never did. If you’d ever like to have a future appointment, you can always call the shop, stop by in person, or message the shop or me on Instagram. 👍🏼

Lisa’s micro-blading work is EXCELLENT! She knows skin, she knows design, she’s educative, clear, and patient, I’m more than satisfied with the founda...tion we laid, and believe that the tweaks and touch-ups I’ll need to schedule in the new year will do the trick. Seriously, I trust Lisa with my face and that peace of mind is a refreshing comfort. I would never have booked at this studio, however, if I had known that clients cannot use the bathroom on-site. Having to walk two blocks uphill to use a public park restroom is unheard of. How do people with multi hour sessions (which cost $-hundreds, and during which you have to eat and drink to remain safe) manage this? I cannot walk easily without crutches and I’m already dreading my next appointment. There are 101+ reasons why this situation is untenable, but it downright excludes a decent share of folks who can’t/won’t buy services here because bathroom access is non-negotiable. I’m glad I found Lisa, but I wish I didn’t have to go back to a tattoo studio without a restroom. I would never have booked at HATP if I had known that doing so comes with this health hazard. The storefront is on a busy corner, which also means the doors are open to drum up foot traffic. Taking advantage of the prime real estate that I’m sure they pay lots for is understandable, this also doesn’t work in December. Finally, the staff were all lovely — everyone seemed thoughtfully engaged with clients and are likely very talented, too. I just can’t wait for this process to be over. Show more

Booking was easy. Staff was friendly and attentive. I got my septum and a bit of script tattooed. I think I've gotten all my piercings here over the y...ears, and I always return. Sapo was detailed, courteous, and made this a relatively painless process. Tyler did a bit of script and he was so sweet and ensured I was happy with the placement, he was gentle and quick. I was surprised to be done so fast! I highly recommend this shop, and I'll continue to be a customer of theirs for years. Show more

The last time someone did my brows, 6 years ago, I looked like Groucho Marx. She did them so dark and heavy, people crossed the street when they saw m...e (no lie). So I was expecting the same from Brittany, and seriously assumed they'd look like jet black, 70's style porno moustaches for the first year. Brittany simply made them look like the eyebrows I used to have and the correct color. They're gorgeous beyond words. Brittany's brilliant at doing this - I absolutely highly recommend her. Show more

I had a comp. consultation with Lisa, and she was very helpful by patiently answering all the questions I had on eyebrows & lips. Phil was the one who... did the piercing for me, and he was being very professional, cleaning everything and changing gloves constantly. He was also very patient answering my questions and requests, and he was very honest on things I can/ cannot do. I appreciated it and got the ones my ears anatomy allowed me to. Super cute! Thanks!
