I am not one to normally write reviews but i am very disapointed. My family and i decided to do last minute christmas photos before booking i confirme...d how long it would take to get the photos back and was told a “ a couple of days”. That was fine with me as i wanted to allow time to get christmas cards/ photo gifts ordered. A week later and tons of emailing begging/ checking the status of pictures i finally got them. Which is to late for anything i wanted to do with them. When i recieved them they were eathier not edited or very rushed and turned out horrible ( my daughtee has glasses and there was a horrible glare that turned them purple). I can’t believe these would be sent with out being fixed. I was nice about the situation, and she fixed the photos. Off to start getting prints done. After spending hours trying to mess with pictures i was sent pictures with no resolution, which would not allow me to print higher than 4x6. More emailing and waiting i finally got them. I expressed my concern how i was disapointed that i was Told a few days and it took a week and my plans with the photos could not happen. Not once was i given any apology or offered any discount for all the problems and time these photos caused. To the least an apology would have been nice. Edited to reponse- last year all the photos taken she was not looking at the camera at all and everything was rushed. Yes you did offer me a partial refund. But in this situation with this experience a “im sorry” would have been nice. I do not think the way all this went was professional. As far as the busy season goes i am very understanding, that is exactly why i made sure ahead of time the photos could be done fast. You would not have had to take time away from your family vacation if i had the pictures when i was i told i would have before you went on vacation. Trying to edit photos in the car is not professional. Show more

I’m sorry you feel that way. You did the same thing last year and got a refund. I warned you on the glass glare at the time of the session and made you aware. My proof site program didn’t for some reason load the high resolution and I took care of it asap while I was on vacation with my family Took time out of my family time to keep resending them and answering you right away. It’s busy season. All my other clients were very understanding being its busy season and knew there was a delay.
