Kelli is wonderful! I am a client and recently started taking my daughter to Kelli as well. When I made my first appointment with Kelli, I was skept...ical due to having previous experiences when my natural hair didn’t convert back or a beautician’s “trim” turned into a cut. Kelli proved to be outstanding. My hair reverted back and her trim was truly a trim, lol! I’m back, but this review is about the products sweet Kelli suggested I use in between appointments. They are the same products she uses on my hair in... the salon. Coming from a former creamy crack girl to a transitioned with Kelli’s help natural girl. When I say buy the products…BUY THE PRODUCTS!! I have a scalp that gets inflamed for different reasons, and the itchiness can become unbearable. I spoke with Kelli about it, and she suggested to me a Rosemary spray to calm the inflammation so I don’t have to wash sooner than I’d like too, and it worked fantastically!! When it was finally time to wash, I used the same line for shampoo/conditioning and my hair is shiny, healthy, no itching, no flakes, NOT as straight as her Silk Press but good enough until my appt!! I’ve been coming to Kelli for years. I always get the silk press because it last and it’s easy for me. In the last year I’ve transitioned from chemica...lly treated hair to natural. I was afraid it wasn’t going to be as easy for me to manage because I prefer the straight look over curly. Let me tell you, all fears have dissipated as I am going on my 3rd week of my silk press in 110 degree daily temps and my natural hair is still bone straight.
