I had already scheduled a massage with Jali when I threw my back out. I decided not to cancel because my back was so tender and I wasn't sure if a ma...ssage would help. But it did! I believe there is no way I would have healed so quickly without Jali. When I laid down on the table, I couldn't roll over without extreme pain.
