1st let me say I love my style its beautiful. My experience started out great with the owner braiding my hair she was really gentle. Then a 2nd braide...r started and she was extremely rough she was really heavy handed and gripped my hair super tight. I don't have short hair so there was no need to grip so hard. Other than that things were ok, and the price was good Though I think $10 to use a credit card/debit is insane. Show more

I came to Atlanta for a concert and needed my hair done. I scheduled an appointment for 8:30am. I got up at 3am to start the drive from Alabama to Atl...anta to be called 30 minutes before my appointment asking if she could start my hair at 10a. I told her no because I had things to do, but I could do 9a. I arrived before 9a just for her to show up at 920a. The shop was filthy. There was a cockroach running through the shop. One of the stylists just stepped on it and left it there. This being my first time getting my hair done by her, I asked had she used the Kima Brazilian Twist hair before to crochet (because everyone can't crochet with that hair). She sounded offended. She stated "you think I can't do your hair with this hair? Why would you ask me that?". I responded by telling her I ask anyone who hasnt done my hair before that. I showed her a previous install and told her I wanted a middle part. She stated my hair would look "better" (which it doesn't) than the previous stylists' install. I thought that was unprofessional to say to a new customer shading another stylist. She gave me a side part, not a middle part. I told her I didn't want it bulky, yet she put 4 and a half packs of hair in my head when my head isn't big. Im used to about three packs in due to splitting the hair (which she didn't). Due to time constraints and being exhausted from the early start, I didn't want any problems. I paid and left, but I won't be back. Please clean that shop. Show more
