I went for my appointment and there was no one there. I called and texted and never received a response. I looked in the window and it looks like they...’re closed. It would have been nice if they let me know they were closed instead of wasting my time. Show more

My first visit fell on a day that really wasn’t going well. Lauren was running late and this was my first visit. ( She did text me I just did not see ...it)I decided to wait and was so happy I did! Lauren does an excellent job of advising on the style of cut that works best with my hair type and face/body. She cuts with precision and clearly “kno...ws what she’s doing”! Very beautiful shop and Lauren is a genuine person who really knows the science of cutting hair! Fair pricing and I love that Lauren takes her time with her work, making sure it is perfection when she’s done. I feel I get my money’s worth. Sam, Lauren’s assistant is also very kind and does a great job shampooing and her after shampoo comb out is the most gentle I’ve ever had! I’m always very satisfied when I walk out-not to mention I have a great time talking and laughing with Lauren & Sam. Wonderful experience! Show more
